Job Description:

As a Privacy Analyst, you will report directly to the North America Director of Privacy, supporting ABG’s commitment to data privacy and governance initiatives. This role will play a key part in operationalizing privacy processes, managing privacy impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations through tools like OneTrust.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update data subject rights case information in the OneTrust platform, ensuring accurate tracking of privacy processes and responses to data subjects
  • Draft and update privacy documentation including templates and SOPs, status trackers, training materials, OneTrust workflows, and assessment summary reports
  • Ensure accurate and complete recording of all Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) data, including findings and actions, in OneTrust
  • Help maintain and enhance Privacy Impact Assessments, including the development and automation of new questionnaires, training and supporting business clients in properly completing questionnaires
  • Assist with privacy incident response activities by documenting incidents, tracking response actions, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct first-level privacy reviews for business initiatives, vendor engagements, and product development to assess compliance with global privacy laws and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of enterprise-level regulatory compliance-related experience in privacy, data protection, contracts, or similar, preferably in a global environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Ability to quickly understand key business drivers, products and processes
  • Independence, initiative, and knowledge to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), or similar reviews
  • Familiarity with privacy management tools and systems such as OneTrust
  • Knowledge of data classification, consent management, and cross-border data transfer considerations
