As a Privacy Analyst, you will report directly to the North America Director of Privacy, supporting ABG’s commitment to data privacy and governance initiatives. This role will play a key part in operationalizing privacy processes, managing privacy impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations through tools like OneTrust.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update data subject rights case information in the OneTrust platform, ensuring accurate tracking of privacy processes and responses to data subjects
Draft and update privacy documentation including templates and SOPs, status trackers, training materials, OneTrust workflows, and assessment summary reports
Ensure accurate and complete recording of all Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) data, including findings and actions, in OneTrust
Help maintain and enhance Privacy Impact Assessments, including the development and automation of new questionnaires, training and supporting business clients in properly completing questionnaires
Assist with privacy incident response activities by documenting incidents, tracking response actions, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct first-level privacy reviews for business initiatives, vendor engagements, and product development to assess compliance with global privacy laws and internal standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
3+ years of enterprise-level regulatory compliance-related experience in privacy, data protection, contracts, or similar, preferably in a global environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
Ability to quickly understand key business drivers, products and processes
Independence, initiative, and knowledge to work with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated experience conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), or similar reviews
Familiarity with privacy management tools and systems such as OneTrust
Knowledge of data classification, consent management, and cross-border data transfer considerations
Nice to have:
One or more International Association of Privacy Professionals certifications (CIPT/CIPM/CIPP-US/CIPP-E)
