Job Description:

An Analytics & Reporting Consultant is a member of Workday's Professional Services organization passionate about the implementation of our Human Resources and Financial Management cloud-based software. This role works with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio featuring exciting products such as Prism Analytics, People Analytics and Accounting Center. This role works closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy our customer's various analytic and reporting requirements. This role must have knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and reporting patterns, customer facing experience, and a successful track record of delivering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, Develop, and Deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers
  • Help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application
  • Work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met
  • Contribute to our customer's experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • Work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Mentor and share best practices with team members

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Data Modeling Experience
  • 3+ years Workday Reporting Experience
  • 3+ years of Prism Experience
  • 3+ years Financial Management domain Experience
