Job Description:

Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard clients, and cross sell home insurance loan which is MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful). Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers. Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers. Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry. Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.

Job Responsibility:
