We are looking for a Printing Support Specialist role for the Printing business segment, ideally with experience in the printing equipments and services area. This person will play a key role in helping us continuously improve, redesign and grow our Printing portfolio and customer experience. It will imply support for sales team but also close communication with tech, product and other support teams, as well as printing vendors. There is a need for understanding market trends, business opportunities, client feedbacks and then convert those insights into new products and services that we could launch.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure new products and services adoption and client satisfaction
Provide support for sales team in their endeavor to drive Printing sales
Proactively identify and resolve issues that impair sales or technical teams to execute
Understand internal and external customers and their needs, and continually grow your knowledge of competitors’ offerings
Partner with key stakeholders to validate Go to Market plans and Printing roadmaps
Requirements:
Ideally at least 1 year of Product Management experience
Printing experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience in working with key stakeholders, being able to communicate clearly complex ideas
Good analytical skills. Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions is a strong plus
History of teamwork and ability to work with remote teams
