Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Print Team Operative to support with daily print workflows, operate manual and automated machinery, and ensure high-quality output. You'll carry out production tasks such as cutting, trimming, folding, and inspecting printed materials, while performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating engineer callouts when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day print and dispatch workflow to meet SLAs
  • Operate print room machinery and complete manual production tasks
  • Perform quality checks, adjust machine settings, and inspect output for defects
  • Liaise with the Service Desk to resolve system issues quickly
  • Conduct basic fault diagnostics and maintenance
  • Coordinate dispatch with carriers, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements
