Job Responsibility

Reviews and inspects projects from conception through delivery to ensure that jobs are on schedule, within budget and meet all specification.
Coordinates production scheduling of all projects with production and outside vendors to achieve maximum efficiency through the shop and meet client expectations.
Assists clients with pricing
prepares estimates from prevailing price lists.
Works with Account Executive, Estimator and Production Management to develop timelines and budgets for work performed in-house as well as vended services.
Listens to, handles, and follows up on client inquires and complaints on a timely basis
solves client related problems.
Creates purchase orders for all vended services such as offset, grand format, fabrication and installation.
