Job Responsibility

  • reviews and inspects projects from conception through delivery to ensure jobs are on schedule, within budget and meet all specification
  • coordinates production scheduling of all projects with production and outside vendors to achieve maximum efficiency through the shop and meet client expectations
  • assists clients with pricing
  • prepares estimates from prevailing price lists
  • works with Account Executive, Estimator and Production Management to develop timelines and budgets for work performed in-house as well as vended services
  • listens to, handles, and follows up on client inquires and complaints on a timely basis
  • solves client related problems
  • creates purchase orders for all vended services such as offset, grand format, fabrication and installation

Requirements
