Job Responsibility:

Print & Direct Mail Management - Responsible for building and managing end-to-end print specifications and engaging appropriate vendors from estimating through to award of project
Print/Mail Vendor Management – Relationship management of Print suppliers
Best Practices and Industry Trends – Ability to make recommendations on format and new technology for execution and best practices of print production for marketing & communications campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years in print production or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful projects
In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials
Strong technical acumen supporting print technology, risk governance reviews
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and clients
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of print production
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent knowledge of print and direct mail production specifications, work flows, and management
Must be resilient, adaptable, and flexible in fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor’s degree in Print Production, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
