Are you a highly skilled Print Machine Operator looking for a stable, long-term career? Our client in Brantford is seeking an experienced professional to join their manufacturing & logistics team. This is a permanent position offering a premium pay rate and a highly desirable straight day shift—no more rotating schedules!

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the setup and operation of complex printing presses according to technical job orders
  • Monitor production runs to ensure superior quality, color consistency, and precise alignment
  • Perform advanced routine maintenance on specialized manufacturing & logistics equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently to ensure maximum machine uptime
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished products to meet strict client standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while documenting detailed production logs
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets in Brantford

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Print Machine Operator in a high-volume environment
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues
  • Expert-level understanding of manufacturing & logistics safety and quality protocols
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision and excellence
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to manage the demands of a busy production floor
