Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute engaging media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X to promote our products and services
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos using the Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, have been foundational to CLE’s branding content
  • Conduct social listening to monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Implement best practices by conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines to increase online visibility
  • Manage public relations efforts by responding to media posts and maintaining positive relationships with industry partners
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives
  • Maintaining content for our website
  • Taking & refining pictures of barn projects for the website

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital platforms
  • Graphic Design experience with proficiency within Adobe’s Creative Suite–InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Organize & collaborate our print advertising
  • Able to take initiative in the creative process
  • Must be familiar with the agriculture industry
