This role is focused on building credible, data-backed business cases that quantify and communicate the financial and strategic impact of retirement and financial wellbeing programs. The role partners with clients and internal stakeholders to define value hypotheses, develop ROI/TCO and outcomes models, validate assumptions, and translate them. The results being a clear defensible narratives that support decisions, renewals, and growth across the Wealth domain.
Job Responsibility:
Leading Value Advisory analyses to quantify business outcomes and financial impact (ROI, VOI, TCO) across Alight’s wealth offerings
Building, maintaining, and refining standardized Value Advisory models, benchmarks, and assumption libraries
document methodologies to ensure repeatability and auditability
Partnering with stakeholders to define scope, value drivers, and measurement approach
identify required data sources and design analyses that isolate program impact
Translating analytical findings into executive-ready value stories, ensuring assumptions, rationale, and limitations are transparent, consistent, and defensible
Creating clear exhibits and deliverables (value frameworks, driver trees, ROI summaries, sensitivity/scenario analyses)
Presenting and defending analyses in client and internal forums
Applying and continuously improve Value Advisory methodologies (e.g. value frameworks, KPIs, benchmarks and assumptions)
Developing reusable assets (templates, calculators, benchmarks, playbooks) that scale Value Advisory delivery and enable consistent value communication across accounts
Supporting existing client engagements by producing value assessments and benefits-realization reporting that reinforce outcomes, ROI, and strategic impact
Contributing to renewals, expansions, and new business by tailoring business cases to prospect context
Partnering with sales and client teams to articulate differentiated value through credible, data-backed storytelling aligned to executive stakeholders and procurement requirements
Converting analyses into repeatable proof points and case studies
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in Value Advisory, analytics/strategy consulting, finance, or a related field building ROI/TCO business cases
Demonstrate proven quantitative and financial modeling skills (Excel required)
Able to connect data to value drivers and translate analysis into decision-ready recommendations for business and executive audiences
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including building and delivering compelling, defensible value narratives
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, sales) to align on scope, assumptions, and outcomes
