Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead the design and user experience for a suite of digital tools. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, intuitive, and high-end user experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for customer-facing digital products, from concept through final delivery
  • Drive visual design and interaction standards aligned with brand guidelines and design system
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and creative teams to bring designs to life
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
  • Define and refine design patterns to improve usability, clarity, and overall customer experience
  • Partner with leadership to help shape product direction and elevate design across initiatives
  • Manage design deliverables across the full project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI work and polished visual design
  • Expertise in Figma and modern design tools, with experience working in design systems
  • Proven ability to design for complex products and translate them into intuitive user experiences
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
