Job Description:

The Principal UX Design Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise will collaborate with key stakeholders to collect UX requirements, create design concepts, and deliver high fidelity designs for B2B products. The role is based onsite in Chennai, India, and requires over 10 years of UX design experience, preferably in networking or IT industries.

Job Responsibility:

Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers
Depict design concepts using process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
Translate the collected requirements into well-formed UX structures
Create high fidelity mocks of highly technical B2B products

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required
10+ Years of UX Design
Experience on B2B products is a must
Technical lead / People management background is required
Experience in any IT industry (Networking, Compute, Storage, IOT, etc) is required
Engineering background is preferred
Experience in the networking industry is preferred
Experience in frontend dev is beneficial
Practical knowledge of UX theory and application
Up-to-date knowledge of Figma and other design software
Portfolio of design projects will be expected during interviews
Proficient communication in English language
Strong time management and prioritization

Nice to have:

Experience in the networking industry is preferred
Experience in frontend dev is beneficial
Engineering background is preferred
