Job Description

Principal UX Researcher – Unified Platform and Strategic Insights. As a Principal UX Researcher at Rapid7, you will help define how we understand customers and use evidence to guide the evolution of a unified, intelligent security platform. This is a highly strategic, hands-on individual contributor role with direct influence on platform navigation, cross-product workflows, AI-assisted experiences, and long-term product direction.

  • Define and evolve the unified platform research strategy across products, personas, and workflows
  • Lead complex, mixed-method research that informs navigation, workflow unification, and AI-assisted experiences
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear, compelling insights that influence roadmaps, prioritisation, and investment decisions
  • Build research frameworks, playbooks, and enablement practices that scale research effectiveness and maturity across the organisation
