We are seeking a Principal Technology Consultant who will directly engage customers and internal teams to influence closing the deal. The Principal Technology Consultant for this role will have deep expertise designing enterprise-scale Cloud (specifically Azure) architectures (identity, networking, security, app modernization, data platforms); Strong understanding of Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and generative AI solution patterns, including how AI integrates with data, applications, and security at scale; Ability to guide customers on secure, compliant, and responsible AI adoption, especially for regulated and high-risk environments, embedding guardrails into architecture and delivery; Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including how Copilot integrates with Microsoft Graph, security, data boundaries, and extensibility, and the ability to advise customers on adoption, governance, and value realization across knowledge workers and business processes.
Job Responsibility:
Actively involve themselves in Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) process
Lead meetings with customers/partners to identify business needs and create a vision
Manage their schedule and communicates to project leads
Generate and deliver Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Provide oversight and leadership on work streams or a partner team to implement solutions across domains
Manage complex escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders as needed
Proactively manage executive-level customer/partner/stakeholder relationships to identify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve the experience
Work with account team to ensure One Microsoft approach
Update new versions of the content, reviews IP to be considered for harvest and curation and ensures it is logged for consumption
Drive opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and Microsoft technologies
Mentor team members and acts as a technical advisor for stakeholders by providing thought leadership, articulation of solutions value, and outcomes of business strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
6+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
Verification of U.S. citizenship
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
