We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant – AI Business Solutions with deep expertise across Dynamics 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agentic AI solutions. This role bridges strategy and hands-on engineering, requiring the ability to go deep technically on designing, building, and coding advanced AI-powered and low-code/no-code solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public sector customers. The ideal candidate combines strong Dynamics 365 foundations with advanced AI solution delivery skills, including custom AI agents, orchestration, and extensibility across Microsoft’s AI and Power Platform ecosystem. You’ll be at the forefront of AI-first consulting, shaping how Copilot, Agentic AI, and Dynamics 365 solutions are delivered at scale for some of Microsoft’s most strategic customers. This role offers the opportunity to combine deep technical engineering with strategic influence, while helping customers realise tangible business outcomes through AI-powered transformation.
