Principal Technical Program Manager

• Own the planning and end-to-end delivery of engineering commitments for Microsoft’s strategic AI customers, ensuring alignment with customer goals, technical requirements, and business outcomes
• Coordinate multi-workstream programs, manage escalations, and synthesize engineering and operational signals into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Drive structured intake, prioritization, and transparency across engineering deliverables, ensuring clarity, timely reporting, and proactive identification and resolution of systemic issues
• Build credibility and trust with customers, while effectively communicating complex AI infrastructure topics
• Drive clear communication and alignment across stakeholder groups, including Engineering teams, Supply chain, Finance, Business development, Legal, and Security
• Prepare executive-ready materials and updates to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility across Cloud & AI
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve agility, scalability, and on-time delivery

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
