You will be accountable for orchestrating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and accelerating time-to-market in support of regulated workloads. This role is the single point of accountability for roadmap clarity, dependency management, and escalation management, partnering with engineering, supply chain, planning, product, and operations teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Representing Microsoft in next-generation hardware planning with public cloud teams, influencing platform direction and establishing plans-of-record for critical requirements
  • Shaping long-term strategy for hardware enablement in regulated environments, anticipating market trends and customer needs
  • Orchestrating execution across engineering, supply chain, planning, and operations teams to ensure timely, reliable hardware delivery
  • Driving process optimization and standardization to improve delivery predictability and accelerate time to market
  • Leading escalation management, dependency resolution, and trade-off decisions across programs
  • Serving as the single accountable owner for roadmap clarity, dependency management, and cross-organizational communication
  • Embody our culture and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Nice to have:

  • Existing US Government Clearance or ability and willingness to acquire and maintain a US Government Clearance
  • 3+ years leading delivery of cloud hardware solutions and driving requirements for Azure or comparable infrastructure platforms
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional team projects involving hardware lifecycle, supply chain, or cloud infrastructure delivery
  • Previous experience leading teams
