Microsoft is developing advanced AI infrastructure platforms that require deep integration across hardware and software stacks. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who will be at the forefront of building software that drives AI workload innovation, delivering exceptional performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for frontier AI workloads. You will own the orchestration of cross-stack software delivery, from early development through system bring-up, validation, and production deployment, ensuring platform readiness meets defined requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, security, and scale. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical depth, system-level thinking, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to complex, cross-functional programs across multiple infrastructure domains. You will be solving novel scaling challenges and evolve execution models in environments where processes, ownership, and systems are critical to preserve security, reliability and quality.
