  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Market Intelligence projects, from scoping and requirement gathering to execution, analysis, and presentation of findings
  • Act as the technical POC in the Market Intelligence team, focusing on understanding and resolving challenges to enhance scaling and delivery capabilities through better technology use and process refinement
  • Work with recruiting leaders to understand current and future anticipated recruiting challenges that help you shape appropriate tooling and technology strategy for the team
  • Own the research, assessment and selection of our external data source strategy, partnering closely with internal team members to map sources under evaluation and drive through to implementation where appropriate
  • Review and build out appropriate Market Intelligence templates and graphic assets with a view to improving the simplicity, look and feel of deliverables for our customers
  • Support recruiting leaders in developing recruiters/sourcers data literacy across the organization
  • Review and assess the reliability of information from available market research tools and benchmarks to ensure we are maintaining high levels of data integrity
