  • Improve observability, reliability, and operability through automation and standardized tooling.
  • Build automation and guardrails to remediate security findings and enforce configuration baselines across all cloud providers.
  • Partner closely with Security teams to embed security best practices into IaC, pipelines, and platform standards.
  • Support continuous compliance through asset discovery, inventory management, and policy validation tooling.
  • Incorporate cost awareness and financial accountability into infrastructure design, migrations, and automation.
  • Support tagging standards, cost allocation models, and usage visibility across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Partner with FinOps and Finance teams to ensure infrastructure decisions reflect both technical and financial best practices.
  • Provide hands-on Linux system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, runbooks, and architectural decision records.
  • Serve as a principal-level mentor and technical leader through design reviews, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Champion best practices, consistency, and long-term maintainability across all infrastructure efforts.

Requirements:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
