End‑to‑End Supply Chain Architecture: Define the target‑state architecture for end‑to‑end supply chain processes, spanning demand planning, supply planning, materials, logistics, and reverse operations
Partner with LT to translate business strategy and operational priorities into scalable, data‑enabled process and system designs
Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in current‑state processes, systems, and data flows, and define clear modernization roadmaps grounded in measurable outcomes
Process & Capability Design: Lead the design of standardized, modular supply chain processes that enable agility, scalability, and repeatability
Partner across teams to re‑imagine workflows, decision rights, and operating rhythms, ensuring decisions are supported by the right data at the right time
Drive simplification and harmonization across regions, products, and segments, with a focus on reducing manual intervention and increasing signal‑to‑action speed
Systems, Data Architecture, Analytics & Insights: Architect how supply chain processes are enabled through systems, planning tools, and analytics platforms, ensuring strong alignment between process, data, and technology
Define end‑to‑end data architectures—including data models, integration points, and governance—to ensure high‑quality, trusted, decision‑ready data
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to design AI‑assisted and advanced analytics capabilities, including forecasting, scenario modeling, constraint analysis, and trade‑off evaluation
Enable insight‑driven planning and execution by translating complex analytical outputs into clear, intuitive, and actionable insights for planners and executives
Change & Adoption Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and analytics‑driven ways of working
Provide clear documentation, narratives, and executive‑level storytelling that connects data, insights, and business outcomes
