Our client is a top class global multidiscipline engineering consultancy with longstanding pedigree within the building structures and infrastructure market. They have a dynamic and experienced building structures team in QLD and specialize in large scale and complex buildings projects across QLD and the country. They have a unique collaborative culture across all their offices and disciplines, as well as providing full workplace flexibility, work life balance and a host of additional company benefits. Due to ongoing growth within their structures division on the Gold Coast they are currently searching for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead a small team and work on a range of buildings projects within QLD. Working closely with the QLD Buildings Lead, this role will work across a range of projects within healthcare, high rise residential, education, commercial and industrial structures. You will manage detailed and concept design on a range of large and medium scale building structures projects as well as guiding and mentorship of junior staff whilst also contributing to the overall culture of the team. You will also build relationships with existing and new clients in order to grow the project portfolio on the Gold Coast.

Requirements
