Job Description:

Principal Strategist to develop post-sales and monetization strategies for AI products, including Rovoy. Role will evaluate opportunities and design initiatives that fuel customer adoption, engagement, and retention of Enterprise solutions, and P&L growth from pricing and packaging adjustments. Work is pivotal to delivering value at scale and unlocking the Atlassian System of Work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop actionable GTM strategies from ideation to design
  • Analyze complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform GTM strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities and champion novel approaches
  • Seamless transition from high-altitude to deep-dive analysis
  • Lead multi-layered stakeholder management with cross-functional engagement
  • Influence across all levels from front lines to C-suite
  • Create trust and build relationships throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting/corporate strategy, business development or equivalent field
  • Strong track record of delivering quantifiable business impact from customer adoption, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Adept at navigating P&L, business metrics, financial statements
  • Experience developing pricing & packaging structures, monetization, and churn mitigation strategies
  • Experienced at breaking down problems, diagnosing root causes, and creating realistic solutions
  • Exceptional critical and creative thinking skills
  • Experience working with GTM teams (sales, pre-sales, post-sales, partners)
  • Deep analytical and data visualization skills
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective at influencing from front lines to C-suite
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
