Job Description

10Pearls is seeking a Principal/Staff Test Consultant - Lead Tester to drive testing activities across a large-scale integration program. This role is ideal for a senior testing professional with strong experience in SIT, UAT, integration testing, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring environment readiness, leading end-to-end and regression testing efforts, and coordinating across IT teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the SIT and UAT testing approach, scope, timelines, and success criteria
  • Establish testing governance, roles, responsibilities, and integration testing plans across multiple workstreams
  • Create and maintain test artefacts in alignment with program and client standards
  • Ensure test environments, integrations, and products are ready for UAT execution
  • Lead end-to-end, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities
  • Drive defect triage, management, and resolution across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of automated regression testing using Playwright
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate UAT requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct error handling, security (RBAC), compliance, monitoring, alerting, and UX-related testing activities
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams within an Agile delivery environment
  • Provide testing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test leadership roles
  • Strong experience leading SIT, UAT, integration, and regression testing initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies
  • Experience testing integrations across multiple applications, platforms, and services
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Azure Platform/Portal, Azure DevOps, and Logic Apps
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation testing frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple testing workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business teams
  • Experience with defect management, test planning, test execution, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation or integration programs
  • Knowledge of security testing, RBAC controls, and compliance validation
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness testing
  • Exposure to cloud-based integration architectures within Azure environments
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification
  • Experience working with distributed teams and third-party vendors
