10Pearls is seeking a Staff Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to support and manage enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure cloud environments. This role is ideal for an experienced cloud infrastructure professional with expertise in Azure administration, cloud networking, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and production operations. You will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, securing, and optimizing Azure cloud platforms while ensuring high availability, resiliency, and operational excellence across mission-critical environments.
Job Responsibility
Provision, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure across networking, compute, storage, databases, and security services
Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, resiliency, system health, and optimal performance
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production environments
Administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and support containerized workloads
Configure and manage Azure networking components, including virtual networks, network security groups (NSGs), routing, ACLs, and connectivity
Perform infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure APIs
Manage Azure Backup, Site Recovery, disaster recovery (DR) rehearsals, and business continuity activities
Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other monitoring tools, responding proactively to alerts and incidents
Manage cloud lifecycle activities including VM sizing, snapshot cleanup, decommissioning, and end-of-life service tracking
Collaborate with Cloud Architects, infrastructure teams, and application teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and status reports while ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards
Participate in shift-based support and provide on-call assistance during production incidents when required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments
Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS), including networking, compute, storage, databases, and security
Hands-on experience administering Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Strong understanding of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure DevOps
Experience with Azure Administration, RBAC, identity and access management, networking, and Azure control plane components
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
Experience using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure APIs for automation and infrastructure management
Experience with cloud monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
Strong understanding of cloud security, vulnerability management, compliance, and operational best practices
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments with strict SLA requirements
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to participate in shift-based and weekend support rotations
Nice to have
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent Azure certifications
Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) or hands-on container orchestration experience
Networking or Linux administration certifications
Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments
Exposure to cloud governance frameworks and enterprise security best practices
Experience designing highly available, resilient, and auto-recovery cloud architectures
