Job Responsibility:
Supports stakeholders to gather, analyze and interpret complex data to create accurate reporting and insights to help guide decision making
Acts as a point of contact for more complex data and reporting queries, and ensures that data structures within HR are managed correctly
Requirements:
Performs analytical techniques to analyze workforce data and identify trends and patterns
Creates and presents to local stakeholders detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, performance and future needs
Analyzes and interprets data from reports and dashboards to identify trends and insights, empowering local stakeholders to make informed decisions
Develops and maintains complex data structures and configurations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant standards
Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of data sources, structures, and processes for internal use, promoting data transparency and facilitating data governance
Conducts regular data audits to ensure compliance with local and global data privacy requirements, including data retention policies, and implements corrective actions as needed
Designs and executes user testing scenarios to validate HR system configurations, updates, and changes, ensuring they meet functional requirements. Performs complex problem investigations to resolve HR data issues
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
Provides support and guidance to team members
Impacts quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program or service activities within own team and other related teams
