Job Responsibility
Owns day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
Builds strong client relationships, holds regular check-ins, and addresses escalations within scope
Prepares performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements
Partners with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure hiring pipelines meet client needs
Negotiates simple renewals and contract changes within delegated authority
Identifies opportunities to extend services and flags them to senior account managers
Maintains compliance with contracts, invoicing accuracy, and governance standards
Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements
