Job Responsibility

Lead the solution design and architecture of complex AI solutions using the Forge platform
define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives
develop and deploy sophisticated Rovo agents tailored to specific client needs
act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing expert guidance on AI integration, best practices, and innovative solutions
customize and extend Rovo agents to perform specialized tasks, integrate with third-party APIs, and utilize advanced Forge features
oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment
work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery
mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Forge development, and proactively explore new opportunities to enhance solutions
spend up to 30% of time traveling domestically and internationally for both internal and customer-facing events.
