Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, high-performing team member to join our agency. You will function as the principal solutions architect responsible for the design, deployment and support of clients’ marketing technology stacks and the leveraging of those stacks towards clients’ marketing goals. You must be a self starter and self-directed and able to work both on your own and in teams, alongside team members from the following areas: development, data warehousing, media, marketing automation, data visualization, data science, UX , CX, content development, creative, brand strategy, and account service.

Job Responsibility

  • Support growth of agency’s marketing technology practice with a heavy focus on agency’s CDP practice
  • Provide tactical expertise related to the Tealium Customer Data Hub and other analytics tools
  • Develop crawl-walk-run marketing technology strategies and deployment roadmaps
  • Continually expand agency expertise in CDP use cases
  • Provide expertise in data governance and data privacy
  • Design and solution marketing stack architecture to support each CDP implementation
  • Mentor and train teammates to grow expertise
  • Identify opportunities for growth in the marketing technology and CDP spaces
  • Develop detailed understanding of how the agency digital media team operates and participate in evolving media-related CDP capabilities
  • Develop ideas for data visualization as it relates to CDP and marketing technology, and collaborate with agency data visualization experts to execute
  • Support thought leadership efforts in general
  • Support the development of packaged services related to CDP engagements
  • Support Tealium-Partner development efforts
  • Develop CDP and marketing technology case studies
  • Develop articles for agency website
  • As the practice expands, the opportunity to grow the team and recruit and develop a junior data engineering team

Requirements

  • Extensive marketing technology knowledge, encompassing a significant breadth of tools
  • Extensive knowledge of Tealium, with knowledge of other CDPs preferable
  • Significant experience in client-facing roles, and in particular in client-facing marketing technology roles
  • Track record of successfully presenting to clients in both a pre-sales and post-sales context
  • At least three years experience with a marketing technology agency, marketing automation agency and/or analytics agency
