Ericsson is seeking a dynamic Principal Solution Consultant to drive the sales growth for Business and Operations Systems and Services (BOS) within the Middle East and Africa (MMEA) region. In this role, as a trusted advisor to potential customers, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their business strategies and requirements, design tailored solutions to enhance organizational performance, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of Ericsson's products and services.
Job Responsibility
Lead thought leadership activities and demonstrate the new trends and market shaping factors for our telecommunications industry
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to assess business needs and understand their strategic goals
Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and define how Ericsson’s solutions can address customer challenges
Build Ericsson business and solution offering according to the customer needs
Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive differentiations
Develop customized solutions leveraging Ericsson's BOS portfolio to improve business outcomes
Create architectural documentation, including diagrams and presentations, to illustrate proposed solutions
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
Support sales organization to drive opportunities to deals with value justification and value case creations
Lead technical and business value deep dives
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing how Ericsson's offerings can meet their needs
Lead proof of concept demonstrations and narrative build up to validate proposed solutions
Engage with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with product capabilities and roadmaps
Share customer feedback with internal teams to inform product development and enhancements
Lead sales portfolio walk throughs on the new offerings for Ericsson Sales Teams
Running Strategic Sales Campaigns across the Market Area
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Ericsson as a leader in BOS
Be aware of the market best practices and positioning of Ericsson value
Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of strategies to capture these opportunities
Requirements
University degree
15+ years of experience in Telecom/Systems Integration/IT Consulting leading Sales, Business Development with track record of achieving sales targets and profitable margins
Consultative selling experience of complete IT technology-based solutions in Telecommunications market
Sales process leadership
Strong understanding of business process modeling, frameworks (e.g., BPMN), and enterprise architecture principles
Strong competitive and market insight on BSS and OSS domain
Proven track record on leading complex BSS & OSS transformation pre-sales engagements
Advanced knowledge of E2E Telco BSS & OSS architecture and industry awareness of AI/ML advancements in IT Services
Knowledge on solutions in the different domains (Core Commerce, Orchestration, Data & Analytics, Monetization, Services)
