Job Responsibility

Strategy Decisions: drive alignment and clarity of architectural decisions ensuring a well-designed and enduring quantum error correction execution pipeline for our stack
Roadmap & Execution: Plan, lead, and execute against aggressive timelines for the end-to-end quantum error correction workflow, including code exploration and selection, coarse and fine grain modeling and ultimately productization
Driver Software Life Cycle: Manage the full software development lifecycle from design and coding to verification, calibration routines, and integration
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central interface across quantum teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders
Risk Mitigation: Anticipate technical and schedule blockers related to latency, hardware instability, or software bugs and propose migration strategies
