Job Responsibility:

Lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable solutions within our enterprise healthcare systems
Serve as a technical leader focused on modernizing legacy systems and driving the strategic use of the Salesforce platform across the organization
Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and governance
Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver secure, high-performance enterprise-grade solutions that enhance healthcare services, patient engagement and care management

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture
5+ years of experience with Health Cloud, Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, SOQL, BRE, and Salesforce integration patterns
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, OmniStudio Consultant)
5+ years of experience with enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices and middleware technologies
2+ years of experience with Generative AI technologies including AgentForce and Data Cloud
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Certification, Integration Architect)
Knowledge of Heath Cloud implementation in healthcare/payor industry
Experience modernizing legacy CRM or mainframe systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AutoRabbit
Exposure to Generative AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments
