Job Description:

We are hiring a Principal Software Engineer to provide organization-wide technical leadership across our data, analytics, and AI-enabled platforms. This role owns architectural direction, sets engineering standards, and enables teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the long-term architecture and technical vision for data and analytics platforms
  • Act as the final technical authority on complex, cross-system design decisions
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted rapid development to accelerate delivery
  • Establish and govern CI/CD for data, including ETL pipelines, analytics models, and cloud deployments
  • Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams on strategy, delivery, and critical engagements
  • Ensure production systems meet reliability, performance, security, and SLA requirements

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience building and scaling data-intensive, cloud-based platforms
  • Proven track record of platform architecture ownership beyond a single team or product
  • Deep expertise in data warehousing, ETL, BI, and advanced analytics
  • Strong experience with CI/CD automation for data platforms
  • Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI tools applied to software and data engineering
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
