We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Copilot Studio to join our team! The Copilot Studio Platform team sits at the heart of this mission. We are responsible for the execution, management, and runtime foundations that power copilots across Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and multiple other Microsoft products. This includes building and operating the management plane that enables secure provisioning, governance, lifecycle management, observability, and operational control at global scale, alongside highly scalable data and execution planes. We are driving the next wave of innovation in agentic AI, delivering a distributed execution environment designed to scale to billions of agentic executions. As a Principal Software Engineer - Copilot Studio on the platform leadership team, you will set architectural direction across services, define operational and reliability standards, and shape how agentic systems are built, managed, and run across Microsoft.
