Job Description:

As a Principal Software Engineer in Pharmacy Consumer Wellness Supply Chain & Logistics Technology, you'll join us on our Supply Chain Modernization journey designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Warehouse Management software solutions to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions that support our business objectives and technological advancements.

Job Responsibility:

Deep expertise of configurations, implementations, troubleshooting and support and other Manhattan solutions such as Yard Management, Slotting Optimization and SCI Reporting
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the WMS software
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable recommendations
Engage at both a strategic and tactical level with business and technical stakeholders at all levels within the organization
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to warehouse management systems
Be the leader in making informed technical decisions quickly and take ownership of applications at scale

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in WMS software design and implementation with deep expertise in application configuration consisting of runtime properties, feature toggles, localization resource bundles and other application metadata
10+ years of experience with Manhattan Associates WMS software
10+ years of experience with warehouse operations and logistics including receiving, put away, replenishment, labor management and picking

Nice to have:

Experience in other related systems including Labor Management Systems (LMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS) and Warehouse Controls /Execution Systems (WCS/WES) with Manhattan Active to integrate with sorters, conveyors
Experience using Manhattan Pro-Active to extend database, UI, API to meet specific requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team
