We are hiring a Principal Service Engineering Manager to lead the MSD M365 MultiTenant US engineering team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how we operate, secure, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 multitenant services at scale. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of service engineers, define technical priorities, and drive operational excellence across complex, business-critical services. You will partner closely with the India MultiTenant team, Security team, product engineering teams, and leaders across MSD to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable service operations for Microsoft 365 customers. We are looking for a collaborative engineering leader who brings effective people leadership, sound technical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to influence across teams.
