Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Agile leader, passionate about coaching teams and driving continuous improvement? Job Responsibility:

  • Actively identify and remove impediments (organizational, technical, relational) that are blocking the team's progress
  • Work in close partnership with the Product Owner to ensure the clarity, prioritization, and health of the product backlog
  • Promote a climate of trust and radical transparency, where problems are raised and resolved collectively
  • Track performance indicators (e.g., velocity) and communicate them, not for surveillance, but to help the team inspect and adapt

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on, dedicated experience as a Scrum Master
  • A recognized Agile certification (PSM I or CSM) is essential

  • Excellent skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict management, and team coaching
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily cross-Canada communications

Nice to have:

Technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), APIs (SOAP/REST), or GitHub

What we offer:
  • An opportunity to lead multiple teams on a strategic transformation project
  • A stable 12-month contract in an influential role
  • A dynamic hybrid work environment in downtown Montreal, allowing for in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility
