Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, Apex triggers, and Salesforce best practices, with the ability to mentor other developers and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Develop, test, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
  • Define and enforce best practices around Salesforce development, security, and data management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
  • Strong proficiency in: Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable classes)
  • Lightning (LWC & Aura Components)
  • Visualforce Pages
  • SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps (change sets, CI/CD, version control with Git)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers optimization
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience mentoring or leading a Salesforce development team
