Job Description:

We're looking for a Principal Sales Enablement Lead to join our GTM Strategy and Operations team. At Anaconda, Sales Enablement translates technical innovation into field excellence- equipping our go-to-market teams with the strategy, content, and coaching that drive meaningful customer outcomes. Our work ensures that every seller and customer success professional can confidently articulate how Anaconda removes barriers to AI and data science adoption. As part of the Sales Operations team, you'll shape enablement strategy from the ground up- partnering with Product, Marketing, and GTM Leadership to build programs that accelerate performance across our global field organization. You'll translate complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with technical and executive buyers alike, taking time to understand business needs and owning the solution and delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade enablement programs that elevate how field teams position Anaconda's platform, working across Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and GTM Leadership to ensure consistency and impact
  • Build practical sales resources including playbooks, discovery frameworks, competitive positioning, ROI models, and talk tracks that translate technical concepts into business value for diverse buyer personas
  • Lead onboarding and continuous learning programs that ramp new hires quickly while reinforcing best practices across the sales organization through structured curricula and coaching
  • Partner with Product teams to stay ahead of roadmap changes and translate feature releases into actionable field guidance that sales and customer success can use immediately
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through performance data, field feedback, and close collaboration with Sales Leadership to diagnose capability gaps and refine programs accordingly
  • Advance value-based selling methodologies including MEDDPICC, champion identification, and multi-threaded deal strategies that reflect how enterprise customers evaluate and adopt AI infrastructure
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership on GTM readiness for product launches, market shifts, and team development priorities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, technical sales, or GTM training roles with demonstrated impact on field performance
  • Track record of designing and delivering structured learning programs that balance technical accuracy with sales applicability
  • Experience translating complex technical products into clear customer-facing narratives and sales messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and influence outcomes without formal authority
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience coaching sales professionals on discovery, positioning, and value articulation
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and sales productivity tools
  • You embody our values: "Curious by Default", "Build Together", "Own It", and "Lead with Guts and Heart", and our behaviors: Clarity, Care and Candor
  • You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish

Nice to have:

  • Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, Python-based tools, or developer-focused products with measurable results
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles including multi-threaded engagement, technical validation, procurement, and executive alignment
  • Background in value engineering, ROI framework development, or business case creation for technical buyers
  • Experience working with Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture teams to operationalize technical messaging
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development applied to sales contexts
  • Knowledge of open-source ecosystems, supply chain security, or package management in enterprise environments
  • Experience working in a startup environment where you've built enablement programs from the ground up
  • Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company
What we offer:
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Monthly Wellness Stipend
  • Employee Assistance Program and Mental Health Resources
  • Annual bonus potential
