Principal Recruitment Consultant – Claims. Now is an excellent time to join Arthur. We’re seeking a Principal Consultant to lead our Claims team and take ownership of one of the most established and successful desks in the business. This permanent claims desk is already well developed, with strong, long-standing relationships across both clients and candidates. It presents a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step in, make an immediate impact, and shape the desk as their own. As one of the longest-running areas within Arthur, it provides a solid, trusted platform to build from day one. The role spans a wide range of risk appointments, from Claims Adjusters through to Claims Directors, partnering closely with established clients across the insurance market. You’ll benefit from the backing of an experienced leadership team, structured training, continuous development, and the autonomy to grow and evolve the desk under a highly respected and recognised brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running the full 360 recruitment process within compliance
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth within specialism
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Client & candidate in person meetings
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment industry
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
  • Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
