We’re expanding our presence within Capex-led manufacturing projects - a sector driven by ongoing industrial investment across production upgrades, plant expansion and infrastructure development. This is a market with strong long-term demand for specialist talent, where project cycles and capital investment continue to generate consistent recruitment activity. We’re looking for a recruiter who wants to take ownership of this space and build a long-term desk within a developing area of the business.

Requirements

  • Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in engineering, technical or specialist markets
  • Commercially driven
  • Confident developing new business
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
