Microsoft Quantum is building the world’s first scalable quantum computing system, with a full‑stack approach spanning materials, devices, systems, and cloud services. Our hardware strategy is centered on topological qubits, which require sophisticated nanofabrication of hybrid semiconductor–superconductor devices with stringent control of interfaces, materials quality, and process integration. We are seeking a Principal Quantum Integration Manager to lead the process integration and experimental coordination across quantum materials, fabrication, and device development. This role is responsible for ensuring that innovations across materials growth, nanofabrication, and device design are translated into robust, scalable, and reproducible integrated qubit technologies. As a manager, you will own the integration strategy across multiple programs, lead a team of engineers and scientists, and drive execution across cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable improvements in qubit performance and manufacturability.
