Principal Program Manager

This is a rare opportunity to join the Office of the CTO for Experiences + Devices as its first Technical Program Manager. In this role, reporting to the the VP of AI Innovation, you will work with leaders across Microsoft on projects that shape the future of Microsoft’s products. You will drive cross-organizational programs that require exceptional influence, clarity, and execution to unlock customer value across the Microsoft product portfolio (including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Office, Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics, Windows, Surface, Fabric, and Azure). Our small team operates in Horizon 2—the entrepreneurial middle ground between today’s products and the long-term future—where ambiguity is the norm and innovation is essential. We focus on product and platform investments that wil accelerate AI innovation over the next 9–18 months, such as Memory, Data & Tool-Calling, and Omni-Modal experiences. This role is about bringing these platform and product investments to life, driving customer-value focused cross-organization programs that wouldn't happen naturally within existing structures. This is an opportunity to work on Microsoft’s most strategic initiatives, with direct exposure to senior executives and influence across the entire Experiences + Devices organization.
