This role will lead the full go-to-market strategy for Dandy’s branded hardware products – from early customer discovery and positioning through launch, adoption, and growth. Sitting at the intersection of hardware, software, R&D, and commercial teams, you’ll translate customer needs into strategies that bring innovative products to market and ensure their enduring success. The ideal candidate is excited about building and launching products that wow the market, both in terms of their technical capabilities as well as the marketing programs that celebrate them. This role requires a hands-on approach, and is a fit for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments, and is motivated by turning great ideas into tangible business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead our end-to-end GTM strategy for new hardware products - from concept through launch and ongoing adoption
  • Deeply understand the customer we are building for, and partner with the Product and Hardware teams to translate those insights into compelling products and feature sets that drive differentiation
  • Own positioning, messaging, and value props that can cut through noise in competitive markets and clearly differentiate our brand and products
  • Drive coordinated launch execution across GTM teams, aligned cross-functionally to Product, Engineering, and Hardware
  • Define success metrics for each launch, track performance, and optimize future GTM efforts based on ongoing learnings
  • Partner with Creative to ensure every customer touchpoint, from digital advertising to physical product packaging, tells a compelling brand story
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Creative to create memorable campaigns that generate awareness, excitement and ultimately, pipeline

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
  • At least 4 years in product marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of crafting compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into simple and compelling narratives
  • Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive clarity and decisions
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
