As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding user and business needs, defining clear requirements, and driving execution across engineering, design, and partner teams. You set strategy, align stakeholders, manage delivery through launch and iteration, and ensure outcomes are measurable, high-quality, and scalable. Job Responsibility

  • Influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions
  • Identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas
  • Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX and Product Marketing/Sales teams
  • Define a feature set and facilitate senior-level usability reviews with customers
  • Own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs
  • Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas
  • Identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI
  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
  • 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript)
  • Depth in experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team
