Principal Product Manager for AI Search is an incredibly impactful position - helping our customers realize the transformative power that GenAI has for e-commerce search. We are seeking a visionary and strategic PM to drive our Search product roadmap, with the background to guide our team toward a compelling roadmap & deliver on that with crisp execution.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Roadmap & Execution (50% of time): Own large portions of the Search Product Roadmap
Lead the development and execution of the Search product strategy
Maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of AI Search
Stay curious about emerging technologies
Effectively scope and sequence projects
Conduct thorough research with Data Science
Ensure all features have a clear path to improving key business metrics
Enhance our product delivery process
Optimization & Experimentation (20% of time): Collaborate with R&D and CS teams to accelerate our A/B testing & optimization program
Provide support for critical in-flight A/B tests
Analyze test results to identify opportunities for performance lift
Create comprehensive guides for CS and customers
Define and manage an early access program
Customer and Go-to-Market Support (20% of time): Deliver roadmap overviews and updates to customers
Support the resolution of escalations for enterprise clients
Train CS and Sales team members about new releases
Partner with Product Marketing to create collateral & launch materials
Requirements:
4-6 years experience with the intersection of Search, E-commerce, and AI & ML technologies (LLMs, Vector Search, Personalization, Keyword Search, ML ranking models, Data Enrichment)
1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
Proven success as a Product Manager (launching impactful features)
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Strong, influential, persuasive communication
Deep ability to understand how technical concepts & tradeoffs tie to business outcomes
Growth Mindset, highly collaborative, comfortable in a high ownership/high accountability environment
Great balance of entrepreneurial resourcefulness and knowing how to implement the right amount of process
