Job Description:

Lead the product vision and strategy for a dynamic FinTech company, building innovative products that impact millions of users. As the Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's product offerings. You will lead a team of product managers, define product strategy, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for building and scaling platform products with a long-term vision, mentoring other product managers, and making key decisions regarding technical architecture and UI/UX design.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the product vision and strategy for a dynamic FinTech company, building innovative products that impact millions of users
Lead and manage a product management team
Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives
Define and prioritize product features and functionalities
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements
Create and maintain detailed product requirement documents (PRDs)
Mentor and guide other product managers
Drive product growth and improve customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
At least 4 years of experience in product management
Proven ability to lead and manage teams
Experience working with engineering and design teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Business-level English language proficiency (written and verbal)
