Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive supply integration strategy and execution across the Microsoft Monetize Platform. This role owns end‑to‑end product vision and delivery for high‑impact monetization initiatives, working closely with engineering, data science, sales, and policy partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for supply capabilities, including Prebid.js adapter, Native integrations, and external wrapper integrations with CTV partners
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable platform solutions
  • Drive prioritization based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and platform health
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, policy, legal, and partner teams
  • Define success metrics and track outcomes against business goals
  • Represent monetization priorities in leadership and cross‑org forums

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years background in ad tech platforms and / or monetization systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
