Job Description

OutSystems is seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our emerging AI Agent platform, Agent Workbench. You’ll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization’s business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs
  • Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features
  • Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs
  • Strong technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products
