Job Description
The Principal Product Manager is a senior product leadership role accountable for driving multi-vertical platform strategy at One Call and translating it into measurable enterprise value. This role owns a portfolio that spans multiple lines of business (e.g., Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health) and unifies them under a cohesive vision for critical customer and operational journeys. The Principal Product Manager leads through influence and direct / indirect leadership of Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial functions to deliver scalable automation, integration, and market expansion. Success is defined by accelerated revenue growth, substantial efficiency gains via elimination of manual entry across front- and back-office workflows, and diversification into adjacent verticals—prioritizing viability and time-to-impact. Principal Product Managers are expected to lead product initiatives from ideation, story creation, delivery, launch and iteration, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and time to impact. They work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders, to understand the business processes, underlying technologies and business objectives in order to build products that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with company goals. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, technical fluency, and excellence.
